After years working within traditional healthcare systems, we saw increasing barriers between providers and patients — rushed appointments, limited access, and care that often felt impersonal.
We believed there had to be another way.
Craft Direct Care was built to return medicine to relationships, transparency, and individualized care.

Meet Courtney
Operations & Patient Experience
I've spent years working behind the scenes in healthcare and medical practice management, helping build systems, support patients, and create experiences that make people feel cared for-not like another number. One thing I've learned is that healthcare works best when people feel heard, known, and supported.
As a wife, mother of three, and someone who deeply values family and community, I understand how important it is to have healthcare that fits real life. I know what it feels like to juggle busy schedules, advocate for loved ones, and want providers who genuinely care.
At Craft Direct Care, my passion is creating an experience where patients feel comfortable from the first conversation, where communication is straightforward, and where healthcare feels more personal and less overwhelming. I believe relationships matter, and I want people to feel like they have a trusted team in their corner.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me outdoors hiking Colorado trails, exploring with my family, baking sourdough, traveling, or spending time with our animals. Building Craft Direct Care has always been about creating something different healthcare that feels more human, accessible, and rooted in real relationships.
Meet Otto Craft, NP-C
Founder | Nurse Practitioner
I've spent nearly 30 years in healthcare, with experience in cardiology, neurosurgery, primary care, and wellness medicine. Over the years, I realized that some of the most important parts of patient care—time, trust, education, and relationships-were becoming harder to give in traditional healthcare settings.
That realization is part of why Craft Direct Care was created.
My goal has always been simple: help people feel better, understand their health, and have a provider who truly listens. I believe patients deserve time to ask questions, individualized care plans, and a provider who treats them as a whole person—not a diagnosis. The part of medicine I value most is building long-term relationships with patients and helping them improve their quality of life.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, golfing, and spending time outdoors with my family. Living in Colorado has shaped much of who I am, and I understand the importance of staying healthy enough to enjoy life, family, and the things you love most.
